Knowledge Management has now become a mainstream priority for companies of all sizes. Capturing a company's most valuable asset (Knowledge) and distributing it effectively across the enterprise is a business critical issue for many help desk, customer support and IT departments.

Throughout the country, especially in the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) local Support and Helpdesk Chapters have created venues for Support and IT professionals to share ideas, methodologies, technology preferences and recommendations on how to implement a Knowledge Management Strategy. Our goal is to enhance this practice in Malaysia and create a "Knowledge Management Cluster" for KM practitioners, researchers, and executives in all industries.
